YB 口-12/24/0.4 series box-type substation has the characteristics of strong completeness, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and mobility. Compared with conventional civil engineering substations, the floor area of box-type substations with the same capacity is usually only 1/10~1/5 of that of conventional substations, which greatly reduces the design workload and construction workload, and reduces construction costs. 1. This product is connected by high-voltage distribution device, transformer and low-voltage distribution device, and is divided into three functional compartments, namely high-voltage room, transformer room and low-voltage room. The high and low voltage rooms are fully functional. The primary power supply system on the high-voltage side can be arranged into a variety of power supply modes such as ring network power supply, terminal power supply, dual power supply, etc., and high-voltage metering components can also be installed to meet the requirements of high-voltage metering. The transformer room can choose S11, SCB10, SGB11 and other low-loss transformers; the transformer room is equipped with an automatic forced cooling system and lighting system. The low-voltage room can be composed of a panel or cabinet-mounted structure according to user requirements. The user needs to provide a power supply plan with multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering and current measurement to meet the different requirements of users and facilitate the power supply management and improve the power supply quality of users. 2. The high-voltage room has a compact and reasonable structure and has a comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking function. When the user requires it, the transformer can be equipped with tracks to facilitate the entry and exit of the doors on both sides of the transformer room. Each room has an automatic lighting device. In addition, all components selected for the high and low voltage rooms have reliable performance and easy operation, making the product safe and reliable, and easy to operate and maintain. 3. Natural ventilation and forced ventilation are used to ensure good ventilation and cooling. Both the transformer room and the low-voltage room have ventilation ducts, and the exhaust fan has a temperature control device, which can automatically start and shut down according to the set temperature to ensure that the transformer runs at full load. 4. The box structure can prevent rainwater and dirt from entering and is made of special baffles, aluminum alloy plates, steel plates, composite plates, stainless steel plates, non-metallic materials (glass fiber cement), etc. After anti-corrosion treatment, it has the conditions for long-term outdoor use, ensuring anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof properties, long service life, and beautiful appearance.
