Solid Insulation Ring Main Unit

WTN(S)-12 series solid insulation ring main unit is an environmentally friendly distribution network equipment independently developed by Zhuhai Wharton Electric. The product adopts three-phase split full insulation, fully sealed structure design, safe operation under all working conditions, and the electrical and mechanical parts are all fully enclosed metal shells, which effectively shield the impact of the environment. The product is small in size, waterproof, safe, environmentally friendly, and maintenance-free.

Full solid fully sealed insulation design, the switch moving end adopts dynamic seal, the primary part is completely isolated from the outside world, the protection level reaches IP67, and is not affected by the external environment.
The switch isolation knife switch is independently visible in three phases.
No SF6 gas avoids the harm caused by SF6 gas liquefaction due to low temperature.
The unique internal structure design fully considers the uniform distribution of the primary components and the overall electric field, optimizes the stress distribution of the insulation components, and the outer surface is fully coated with a grounding layer, ensuring that the component partial discharge is ≤lpC and the whole cabinet partial discharge is ≤10pC, ensuring the safety and life of the product.
