As a key link in the power supply system, the installation and commissioning quality of the box type substation is directly related to the stability and reliability of subsequent operation. Although it has the advantages of high integration and compact structure compared with some large substations, the installation and commissioning process is by no means simple and casual, and must strictly follow professional specifications.
First of all, according to the design plan and the actual conditions on site, determine the best installation location of the box type substation to ensure that the ground is solid, the drainage is good, and there is no strong electromagnetic interference source around. At the same time, comprehensively check whether the appearance of the equipment is damaged, and check whether the accessories, instructions and other materials are complete to lay a solid foundation for the subsequent smooth installation.
According to the size and weight of the box type substation, pour a suitable concrete foundation, the foundation depth and strength must meet the standards, and the grounding electrode and anchor bolts must be pre-buried to ensure that the box is stable and firm after installation, and the grounding resistance meets the requirements, generally not exceeding 4 ohms, to provide protection for the safe operation of the equipment.
Use professional lifting equipment and lift the box in strict accordance with the operating procedures. Pay attention to keeping the box balanced during the process to avoid collision. When in place, align the anchor bolts accurately and slowly lower them, adjust the horizontality of the box to control the error within a very small range, and ensure that the normal operation of the internal electrical equipment is not affected.
This is one of the key technical points. When connecting the busbar and cable, ensure that the joints are tight and in good contact, and tighten the bolts according to the specified torque to prevent heating. The cable laying should be neat and orderly, well marked, avoid crossing and twisting, and strictly seal the cable heads to prevent moisture from affecting the insulation performance.
First, conduct an appearance review to confirm that there are no foreign objects and the connection is correct, then carry out insulation tests in turn, and use an insulation resistance meter to measure the insulation resistance of each circuit, which should meet the standard value; then power on and debug, gradually load the voltage, monitor whether the three-phase voltage and current are balanced, observe whether the indicator lights of each instrument are normal, and check for abnormalities in time.
After debugging is correct, organize the installation and debugging records, clean the inside and outside of the box type substation, and complete the identification plate. Finally, professionals will conduct a comprehensive inspection according to the acceptance standards, and only after passing the inspection can it be officially put into operation, opening a new chapter for the stable power supply of the power grid.
